We were looking for shoes for our son who required special widths and materials following major surgery. The gentleman at the store listened attentively to our needs and selected a pair that more than met our criteria, however the width was not available at the time. He assured us that he could order the correct width but it would take time to receive them. He suggested we try a pair close to the desired width and return them if they did not fit properly. We agreed. The pair did fit but were snug and we returned them same day. While at the store, the same salesman came over excitedly and told us that after we left earlier a delivery was made to the store and several pairs of the shoe style with the exact width were among them. Providence played a big part but the salesman is a compassionate and understanding professional who took time to assist us. Kudos to this person and this store.

I gave this store 5 stars because of excellent customer service. My wife got my girls shoes there for Easter and my daughter's either didn't want them or wanted a different styles. The guy at the store couldn't have been more helpful in getting me the shoes that we actually wanted. Service like that deserves 5 stars.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new pair of sneakers! Stuart was so helpful in my comparing-sneakers process. On a walk with my dog now in my new Hoka’s and they are so light and comfy! Couldn’t be happier!!

I love this store 😍 ! I started shopping at this store when it was located on route 17 in Paramus (near Ikea). They have a selection of all sizes and widths. Popular sizes run out quickly, just like in any other shoe store. Staff is great! Store is clean and well organized!

Shopping at Globe Shoes is always a pleasant experience, and my last visit to the store was no exception. We’re from NYC, and my mom and I make the trip to Jersey just to come to this store. It’s the only store that we can walk into knowing we’ll be able to walk out with a new pair of shoes that fits and is comfortable. We both have wide and flat feet, so the quality and comfort of the shoes Globe sells always meets our expectations. We also value the outstanding customer service. Every team member goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Julia helped us this time around, and she was a pleasure to shop with. We will continue making the trip to Globe forever! If you’re looking for a shoe store that ticks all your sizing, style and comfort boxes, this is the place for you.

This place is Top Notch. I was looking for some UGG slippers for my daughter and found them online at Globe Shoes. I live in Texas and the store is in New Jersey. I will admit I was a bit leery, since they are not a big well known store. I called the Globe and the phone was answered by a real person. I then called an adjacent store in the strip center to ask if the Globe actually had a storefront. It all checked out. I placed the order online and received email communication that my order was placed. A couple of days later I received an email stating the shoes had shipped. The shoes arrived as promised. Totally new box and fresh new UGGs. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small. I called and was given instructions on how the exchange process works. The exchange was flawless. I love family owned businesses like Globe Shoes. The communication was great and purchase went smoothly. I look forward to having the opportunity to buy from them in the future. If they have what you are looking for, I would buy them without reservation.

Great customer service! Roger went above and saved the day. My mom’s shoes had to be ordered. They arrived the day before her birthday. I could not get to the store and Roger, who lives in my area, offered to deliver them personally to me in time for Mom’s birthday ! THANK YOU !

I went in to look at a pair of Ugg’s and the staff was very helpful in finding my size and the colors I liked. It was a nice store with manny good brands.

This is my favorite store of all time. My family has been coming here for years - they have a wide variety of stylish yet comfortable high-quality shoes in wide and double wide, and are well stocked in all sizes. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and patient, and will stretch the shoes to help you with problem areas. From dress shoes for my wedding, hiking boots for a trip and everything in between, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great place for shoes and boots been coming to Globe Shoes since i was a teenager with my mom when they where in Paramus my mom and i always bought our stuff there and know where else it sucks they moved to Ramsey but know Metter what i still come here because this place is freaking awesome
